A Kid, a Schmuck, and a Sorcerer walk into a bar…
Yay, it looks like The Kids are Alright is finally going into wider release and I plan to see it this weekend. Stay tuned for my review. I also plan to see Despicable Me soon. I’m undecided about Dinner for Schmucks.
I have also been thinking about seeing The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, but after seeing Inception, I have a hard time going to see movies that I believe are going to be mediocre. I know, I know – I need to keep an open mind. I’m working on it…
Waiting for Cholodenko
Wow, The Kids are Alright starring Julianne Moore, Annette Bening, and Mark Ruffalo and directed by Lisa Cholodenko starts today. I read that it got good reviews at Sundance Festival and I would love to see it, but according to Moviefone.com, the closest theatre to me that’s playing it is 350 miles away in Hollywood, CA. If I leave now, maybe I can catch the 11:05 pm show…
Oh well, I gotta keep my eyes open for when they have a wider release.
